About Studio

One studio. Four practices. One discipline underneath.

Studio is not a company with staff. It is a way of working, applied in four places.

What I believe

Understanding precedes building. Map the reality before changing it. Make the structure honest and visible first, so the work holds after I step away.

How it runs

Consulting funds the work. What gets done twice becomes a system. Minimal footprint, maximum attention. No headcount I do not need.

01/The throughline

A ledger and a bedtime story are not so different. Both hold together when someone has looked closely enough to see the structure, and cared enough to keep it honest.

That habit is the only thing the four sites have in common, and it is the whole point of the studio. I work in systems, in writing, in patterns, and in stories, and I bring the same attention to each.

How it runs

A small set of tools, wired so the work records itself. Whatever I do twice becomes an automation, and whatever an automation produces flows to the place it belongs without me carrying it there.
